Since opening in 2006, Priveekollektie has developed a program of devoted exhibitions by national and international artists and designers working in painting, drawing, photography, sculptures, ceramic, glass and limited-edition contemporary design in every form from furniture to graphics.
The gallery currently represents a group of 15 artists and designers.

Its mission is to create a substantial new audience in the Netherlands and abroad for contemporary art and design based on the gallery's philosophy: craftsmanship, unique concept and personal taste.
The gallery, gallery shop and the owners Irving and Miriam van Dijk are based in a group of monumental buildings in the beautiful walled town of Heusden, in the south of the Netherlands.
